On December 20, Samsung filed for both "T Turbowrite" and "Rapid Mode" under serial numbers 86149316 and 86149324 respectively. Both trademarks cover the following: Solid state drives (SSD); Mobile telephones; Digital Cameras; portable media players; portable computers; wireless headsets for mobile phones and tablet computers; rechargeable batteries; battery chargers; leather cases for mobile phones; smart phones and tablet computers; Flip covers for mobile phones; television receivers; digital set-top boxes; light emitting diode displays; monitors; 3D eye glasses; computer software and semiconductors.
Showplace, Infinitude and Panagon
On December 17, Samsung filed for trademarks "Showplace," "Panagon" and "Infinitude" under serial numbers 86145975, 86145938 and 86145908 respectively. All three trademarks cover the following: large size display apparatus, namely, LCD large-screen displays; large size electric bulletin boards; mobile telephones; digital cameras; portable media player; portable computers; wireless headsets for mobile phones and tablet computers; rechargeable batteries; battery chargers; leather cases for mobile phones, smart phones and tablet computers; flip covers for mobile phones, smart phone and tablet computers; television receivers; audio component system; digital set-top boxes; DVD players; Light emitting diode displays; Monitors; 3D eye glasses; computer software; computers; printers for computers; and semiconductors
Samsung Financial Solutions
On December 10, Samsung filed for "Samsung Financial Solutions" under serial number 86140063. The trademark is to cover the following: Financing and loan services; Financing of loans; Financing of purchases; and Lease-purchase financing.
Samsung Triangle Design
On December 13, Samsung filed for "Samsung Triangle Design" trademark which is to cover: (Based on Intent to Use) Air conditioners.
We fully expect that Samsung's trademark activity will rapidly pick up in the New Year as we draw closer to the Mobile World Congress tradeshow in Barcelona.
