Today the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office published Samsung's latest trademark filing for "CloudFlash," that was originally filed on January 29. The context of the trademark appears on the surface to be different from an Android App called Cloud Flash. Will this be something introduced in Barcelona? Only time will tell.

According to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's documentation, the trademark was officially filed under International Class 009. Samsung's filing presented the following specific verbiage for this class as follows: "Solid state drives; blank Universal Serial Bus (USB) flash memory drive."
Samsung notes that Priority is based on foreign filing: Samsung has a bona fide intention to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods and/or services and asserts a claim of priority based on European Community application number 13663075, filed 01/22/2015.
